What do I do if my Host cancels?

Cancellations are quite rare across the platform. When cancellations do occur, they tend to be due to unforeseen circumstances such as an illness in the family or a natural disaster in the area which has made the home unavailable for accommodation. 


When a host cancels a Points swap, the guest is due a refund of all the Points they have paid to book the swap and the cancellation is followed up by the Customer Service team. Any further compensation members wish to seek in the event of a cancellation for a Points or Classic swap, they will need to contact their swap partner about. 


The Customer Service team is also on hand to assist in the case of a cancellation with help in finding an alternative home. Get in touch with our team for further assistance.
