Think your home swapping adventure will be incomplete without your furry companion? Then bring them along!

There are filters onsite for our members who are looking to travel with their pets, and there are ways to showcase that you are open to guests bringing their pets to your home too.

To locate pet-friendly homes, search for your preferred location, then go to ‘Filters’ which will appear above the first property. Look at the ‘Options’ section and click on ‘Pets welcome only’. This will display the homes that accommodate pets, or that have pets in residence - this is particularly useful for hosts who are looking for home swap guests who will look after their pets while they are away.

You can also see if someone’s home is pet-friendly if ‘Pet-friendly’ displays under their ‘Features’ on their property listing.

How to set your home as Pet-friendly

You can also indicate that your home is pet-friendly by going to My homes and selecting ‘Edit details’. Once here, select ‘Overview’ and scroll down to the bottom of the page to choose between ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ for the option ‘Pet friendly?’
