If you do not have enough Points in your balance to book a Points Swap, you are able to borrow them from us for a small fee. The fee increases depending on the amount of Points you wish to borrow.

This is an additional service that is not included with your annual membership. As such, there is a fee associated with this, as we feel it is important to have measures in place to discourage members from borrowing excessive amounts of Points that they would struggle to repay by hosting other members in their home.
