If you have forgotten your password you are able to reset it. Go to the Login page and click the blue text marked ‘Forgotten password’ beneath the large ‘Log in’ button. 

Enter your email address and click ‘Reset password’ button. An email will be sent to you containing a link. Click the link and you will be taken to the My Profile page where you can create a new password.
