How do I change my card details?

All payments are taken through the secure payment system, Stripe. It is only possible to change your payment card when making a payment through the website. Whenever you pay for a trip package, a membership renewal or to Borrow Points you are able to enter new card details on the website and set this new card as the default for any future payments you make.  

 

If you would like for your payment details to be deleted do please reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will be able to perform this for you.
