Go to Messages and find the Folders tab. Once there, click/tap “Edit folders”.

You will see a pencil icon appear on each folder.

Click/tap the pencil icon to choose a new name for your folder Remember to click/tap “Save changes” once you’re happy with the new name. You can also do this within the folder itself.
