If your trip is due to take place before we merge the two sites, then we’ll be in touch to confirm that your chosen Booking Options still apply, or we’ll offer you a similar alternative package through HomeExchange. However, if your trip is due to take place after the two sites have been merged and your Booking Option no longer exists, then we will provide you with a refund.
