How do I change my swap dates?

Once a trip is formally booked on the website, date changes can only be made by our Customer Service team. 

 

For the relevant changes to be made, you will need written confirmation from both members that they agree to the new dates.  

 

If you have discussed the date amendment off-site, please reach out to your swap partner to confirm the change via the discussion thread in your inbox. Alternatively, you can both email [email protected] to confirm that you are happy with the date change. This will allow our friendly Customer Service team to see that both parties are satisfied with the proposal, and make the relevant amendment on-site.
